Writing For Wellness

Research has shown that writing about stressful experiences, like illness, may boost health and psychological well-being.
Group meets twice a month, and uses exercises to stimulate the process for creative expression.
No prior writing experience is needed. This program is facilitated by Andrea Schlottman.
